Super Star Destroyer. It's massive, powerful, and intimidating. I love it's design and a ship that large is just so impressive to me. It's first appearance cast its shadow over multiple ISDs (the previous biggest ship we'd seen in Star Wars) and it perfectly represented the Imperial war machine.
