If you want real survival/colony management games go get: factorio, rimworld, oxygen not included or even old banished. Do you know why this game don't have active modders? Because its pointless.
Banished is a superior product, with a huge selection of quality mods.It was developed entirely by one person, who poured his life into it and was hugely communicative with the community throughout the process.It's slick, it's well balanced and it can be extremely difficult at first, and that difficulty can be continued through mods.LiF: Forest Village is a blatant ripoff by Bitbox, from the premise down to the individual menu design and pathing algorithms. It's buggy, gimmicky and has no difficulty curve of any significance.Even if Banished wasn't a superior product I'd choose it in general principle.
