Hi there,this is a DrumCraft series 8 Birch fusion set,22x18, 10x8, 12x9, 14x12, and a 14x5' snare in Electric Black with satin chrome hardware. These are teaser pics only, full set photos coming soon.The drums are designed by GeWa (a german company, formerly they designed the Basix drums), and built in the Basix factory in China. The wood is a premium Siberian birch, the kick drum and the toms are made of 7 plies (5,4 mm thick), the snare has 8 plies (6,2mm). I totally fell in love with the kit's look at first sight. They call this design a Bauhaus-style, but for me it's art-deco. That looks so sweet. That hardware is off the hook.

The wood works (the satin lacquer, the inner sanding, the bearing edges - 45 degrees at the second ply) are just as good as those you can see (and touch) on any high-end kits. And the snare has 2,5 mm hoops + stainless steel rods + a Nickeldrumworks strainer, and the biggest surprise: the whole kit comes with Remo USA heads! Clear Ambs on the toms (batter and bottom), Clear PS3 (batter) and white PS3 (front) on the kick, and Amb reso + CS on the snare.
All the hardware parts are perfect, they designed everything with drummers in mind, I'm pretty sure. Don't know the sound, friday I'll go to the studio, and give her the first try.
